MyStressAlarm.com  website and Perfect Stress, LLC do not provide medical or nutritional advice, nor a substitute for medical or nutritional advice, and are not intended for the prevention, cure or mitigation of a medical condition or disease. This service provides information only. Please consult a physician or nutritionist for advice.

Testimonials here are anecdotal and may not represent typical results. As we gain more experience with the system and more evidence of the typical result, we will disclose the typical results achieved. It should be noted that there is not a universal stress metric that is accepted. So, for example, in weight loss, the metric is, well, how much weight is lost, which is an objective universal metric. In stress reduction, we can measure certain results (blood pressure, weight, health reactions, etc.) but many different things can affect those metrics. As a result, it is hard to disclose a typical result from use of our system.
